Promotion, support and defense of the interests of the Chemical Sector, ensuring the improvement of its competitiveness and public image.
Respond and channel solutions to business problems.
Corporate representation of the Sector with the appropriate level for each circumstance.
FedeQuim's activities and the provision of services to its partners are aimed at achieving these objectives:
- • Relations with public administrations.
- • Active participation in legislative processes: community, state and autonomous communities, presenting allegations and proposals for modifications to the texts in the drafting phase.
- • Collaboration agreements with regional and local administrations.
- • Participation and collaboration with other business, sectoral and territorial Federations and Associations.
- • Active participation in the negotiation of Collective Agreements of the Sector:
- General Convention of the Chemical Industry.
- Agreement of Wholesalers and Importers of Chemical Products.
And its subsequent monitoring and interpretation, through the Joint Commissions.
- Mediation and conciliation in labor disputes of associated companies.
- Promotion of Continuing Training Plans.
Conducting courses for the staff of associated companies. - Permanent advice and information to Partners: Through the Commissions, and through communications and information sessions, on labor, fiscal, environmental, technical industrial safety, product safety, logistics and transportation, quality and international trade issues.
- Organization of Conferences and Seminars, and participation in other competitions and calls related to the Sector.
- Information to the media.
- Presence at EXPOQUIMIA, in collaboration with FEIQUE.
- Channeling product demands to associated companies.
- Plan for the Promotion of R&D&I in chemical companies.
- Establishment of Collaboration Agreements with companies that provide services to companies at prices below those of the market.
